Typical procedure:
- Following your enquiry we would make arrangements to survey your stairs.
- A straight stair lift survey normally takes less than 15 minutes. A curved stair lift survey will take longer.
- At this stage, if there are no complications we may be able to quote you a price straight away.
- We then return to the store and leave you to consider the options.
- If you contact us to confirm the order we can normally complete the installation within 7 days.
NOTE - We do not employ commission based sales staff. We guarantee at no point in your dealings with us will you be subjected to a "hard sell".
Straight and Curved (Round The Corner) Stair lift
Minivator manufactures a range of straight stairlifts and a curved Stair lift.
The Simplicity 950 and the Minivator 1000 are both straight stair lift.
This means that they are suited for use in homes where the stair lift does not need to travel around a corner.
The Minivator 2000 is a curved Stair lift. Curved stair lift are also known as Round The Corner (RTC) Stair lift; this is because these stair lifts can travel a staircase which turns corners or is spiral in design.
All Minivator stair lift are manufactured to British Standard BS5746 and the certificate is awarded with no exceptions. This means that in purchasing a Minivator Stair lift you know you are choosing a safe and reliable product.
Further to this as a manufacturer of stair lift Minivator is a member of the Lift and Escalator Industry Association. As such we subscribe to their code of practice.
Minivator are also a member of the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) and subscribe to their code of practice too.
Both these codes of practice exist to ensure that companies deal professionally and ethically with customers and end users; thus giving you additional peace of mind. You know your stair lift is supplied by a reputable, reliable company.
We are fully trained by Minivator to survey and install your stair lift to their specifications.
In the event that we are unable to conduct the survey ourselves due to location or other reasons, we may send a representative from a supplying or local company. While we try to ensure that all persons representing True Mobility Ltd work to the same standards, we cannot dictate the sales standards of our partners.
