“I am so pleased my family said they thought I’d be better with a scooter, as after my sister – in law died I was left with no transport as she did the driving.  So if I wanted to go down town,  it was £5 down & £5 back putting £10 on whatever I was doing & it only took me to the place not around the town & as I can’t walk very far it was awful. In the first month I’ve got £100 savings back  in Taxi fares. So please, if you’re thinking about getting a scooter, get one now!”

“If you, your family or friends are in need of disabled equipment, you should go along to True Mobility, Didcot. The shop opened in June 2003 ans was much welcomed by disabled people in and arround surrounding villages. I was their 1st customer on their day of opening, and have been a constant customer over the years. The reception and service from the owners and staff is the same as the day I walked in, warm, friendly, and very helpful.  I don’t know how disabled people managed before Andy & Angie opened the shop. Many people like myself have been given their independance back!”

“The price was right, the service was excellent. Without any hesitation I was delighted with the service. I would recommend all their services to anyone that requires it. I am delighted with my stairlift and other purchases”.

“Dear Angie photograph as promised, hope you will like the finished results, computers are wonderful! i am making progress togo out on shorter runs on my own, longer ones to shops and town, friends usually walk with me. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness”

“Thank you so much for sending the bath pillow and slippers for my husband. I just wanted to let you know that the slippers are brilliant. They are so comfortable and easy to get on – we are so pleased with them. All other slippers have been difficult to wear because of his swollen feet and these are 100% – we are delighted and wanted you to know”.

P.S The armchair we bought from you last year is in constant daily use- another success story!

“We really are very grateful for the efficient help that we have always received from “True Mobility” it’s a treat for elderly folks these days to be able to do buisiness with people who are efficient and be counted upon to provide a proper service. We wish you all continued success and very good health”.

Being a bit of a rugger bugger, the years have taken their toll. Not quite a physical wreck yet but bits seem to be dropping off, so last week I went into “True Mobility” in Didcot, Market Place. When I explained what I wanted,Andy laughed and said “Over five years ago you reviewed my place and wrote that the time was coming when the old knees may need our services. The time has obviously come”. How nice, not only did he remember me from one visit, but even what I wrote. I forgot to limp when I came out.
