Delivery of a Scooter or Powerchair
When you take delivery of a mobility scooter or powerchair from True Mobility, it will be fully assembled and ready to use. Typically when we receive either of these items from our suppliers, they are packed in large heavy containers and need considerable time to be unpacked and assembled. This is something that we can’t stress enough to our customers, is physically very challenging if you have any kind of mobility issue and is also very time consuming. Our team at True Mobility are experienced at assembling our products correctly and are also able to carry out a pre-delivery inspection to ensure everything is working correctly.
Our team in action:
Our delivery team will go through all the operations of the scooter or powerchair and show you how to use your vehicle, ensuring you are safe and in control. They will also go through how to charge and store your vehicle. Our team will make sure you are happy with your scooter or powerchair before they leave.
Delivery of a Rise & Recline Chair
When you take delivery of a rise & recline chair, it will usually come as two seperate parts – one will be the chair base and the other, the back rest. This is how we receive the chair from our supplier. It is an easier way of transporting the chair and also an easier way for us to deliver to most properties. Most of the time they come in a very large pre-packed container and we take the time to unpack and inspect the chair before a delivery is arranged.
Pre- assembled Rise & Recline Chair:
We telephone our customers to arrange a suitable day & time for delivery – this will usually be between the hours of 9.00 & 4.30pm Monday – Friday. Our delivery team will ensure that a demonstration is given of the chair once assembled, before they leave the customer. A user manual will be left for the for further help & assisstance. Any deliveries of rise & recline chairs within the Oxfordshire area are F.O.C. (FREE).
