A class 3 scooter is at home on the pavement or road. It has a speed selection switch allowing you to change the maximum speed from 4mph to 8mph quickly when needed. Many class 3 scooters are larger than average but at True Mobility we normally stock one or two medium sized Class 3 scooters like the Kymco Midi XLS.
Class 3 scooters need to be registered with the DVLA and insurance is not compulsory but is available to those who want it.
